Photography Book of the Week

Scott Kelby just released his newest book called Photo Recipes Live Behind the Scenes. Well it’s not entirely a book I should say. In fact, it’s something even better. It’s a book and a dvd course all in one. You could almost look at it as a seminar in a box. The course follows Scott as he puts together numerous lighting scenarios in a cool loft apartment in New York City. You can watch the dvd which is like being there then always have the workbook to refer back to later. It’s the best of both worlds. Not to mention the world class “edutainment” you have come to expect from Scott’s teachings. This is a great new product and could be perhaps the start of a new series. Two brushes are better than one

To rapidly change the Size, Feather, Flow, and Density of a brush, use the A and B preset brushes. To set them up, click one of the brushes (A or B) and change its settings. Make one brush large with Auto Mask off for painting areas such as back-grounds. Click the other brush and make it small with Auto Mask checked on for ?ner detail and edge work. Press the Forward Slash key (/) to quickly switch between the brushes.
