New Planet Contest Is Live!

Alright everyone, the newest Planet Photoshop tutorial contest is now live! You remember how this works. Simply go to the contest page (link above) or click here. View the pre-selected tutorials and use any one or combination of the techniques to create a design that is uniquely your own. That’s it. Beyond that, you can be as creative as you like. When finished go to the contest page and click the submit link then follow the instructions. We have a monster prize package which includes a NAPP membership, Photoshop CS4 Down & Dirty Tricks book, and my latest dvd: Photoshop CS4 Design Effects. Entries will be judged on overall impact and overall creative use of the techniques. You have until June 24 to enter, so while there is time don’t put it off too long. Well, now I leave it to you, Good Luck!!!

Adding Keywords to Multiple files

In Bridge, you can add keywords to images to make searching for pictures a little less cumbersome. You don’t, however, want the process to become tedious as well. By either Command-clicking (PC: Ctrl-clicking) or Shift-clicking on images, you can select multiple files inside Bridge. Once you have the files selected, you can go to the Keywords panel and turn on any keyword you like. This will apply the keyword to all of the files that you have selected. It takes away a little bit of the pain of categorization, but just a little.
