Now this is pretty cool! I can only hope this is incorporated into Photoshop someday. A man by the name of Volker Blanz and his team have developed a software application in which they analyzed hundreds of facial images and built a composite mesh that can be used on virtually any photograph to build a 3D model. The model can then be manipulated to various facial expressions. This can be used to open and close eyes, make a frown or a smile, and even change the weight of a face by making it look bony or fleshy. It really is quite fascinating. You can open RAW images in Camera Raw right from Bridge in Photoshop CS3. This frees up Photoshop to continue working on your files while they’re being processed in Camera Raw. Just select one or more images in Bridge, Control-click (PC: Right-click) on them, and choose Open in Camera Raw. This will open the image(s) in Bridge’s Camera Raw rather than Photoshop. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Command-R (PC: Ctrl-R).
