I agree 100%...I thought the Casino Royale Opening killed Quantum of Solace. Yes...Solace looked cool, but it was the same thing over and over again with the same look, and the song was horrible...great movie though! = )

I can't tell you how many times my wife had to sit through the opening sequence for Casino Royale. By far, one of the greatest motion graphic + video sequences I've ever seen. I am stunned and impressed upon every viewing. As for the song, I remember not being a huge fan, but the graphics were so awesomely overpowering that I can't say it detracted from my enjoyment in any substantive way.

Haven't seen the Quantum of Solace opening yet, but if it's anywhere near as good as Casino Royale's I will be very pleased. =)

Corey, I have to disagree. I found the song used for Casino Royale to be unlistenably cheesy. At first I didn't like the Quantum song either, but by the middle of the sequence it had achieved a blend with the visuals. There was no such cohesion in the Casino Royale opening, probably because the designer wouldn't have listened to that putrid noise while working. Just a guess.
