Today I am in lovely Charlotte, NC to present the Down & Dirty Tour. For those of you that are signed up to attend, I hope you are looking forward to a great day of tips and techniques because you will want to try these out the second you get home. It’s going to be a lot of fun and hopefully a bit educational or is it maybe very educational and little fun. Either way you are bound to get something out of it. For those of you that are not in the Charlotte area, be sure to check out the Kelby Training Live site for upcoming dates. Between Jack Davis and myself we are bound to get close to where you are soon. Until then, keep experimenting and have fun!!!

Corey shares another way to get a cool 3D light beam effect.
Corey finishes up the Olympic-inspired design that he began last week in Part 1.
The Olympic-inspired tutorial will be coming in two parts. Stop by next week for the conclusion to this video.
This week’s tutorial deals with creating masks for complicated images by using channels.
You can open RAW images in Camera Raw right from Bridge in Photoshop CS3. This frees up Photoshop to continue working on your files while they’re being processed in Camera Raw. Just select one or more images in Bridge, Control-click (PC: Right-click) on them, and choose Open in Camera Raw. This will open the image(s) in Bridge’s Camera Raw rather than Photoshop. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Command-R (PC: Ctrl-R).

I had a blast in Charlotte. I came away with some great ideas for future projects using Photoshop. I really hope there will be more frequent events for all of the Adobe products in this area…a drive to Charlotte, Raleigh, or other cities would be more than worth the commute.
