Free Expo Pass at Photoshop World

 

One of the biggest highlights of Photoshop World is the Tech Expo. This is where you are up close and personal with some of the biggest vendors in design and photography and purchase products with special event pricing. In addition to the vendors, you can also rub shoulders with Photoshop World instructors and other industry professionals. There are also tech expo theaters where instructors will be teaching bonus sessions in various applications.     Thanks! I was hoping this was going to be available again since by chance I happen to be in Vegas at the same time as Photoshop World (but can’t attend any of the classes)

Create A Composite Layer

If you have a multilayer composition and you
want to apply an effect to all the layers at once, don’t flatten the layers–use a composite layer instead. Hide the layers you want excluded, and press Shift-Command-Option-E (PC: Shift-Ctrl-Alt-E). A new layer will be created at the top containing a merged copy of all the visible layers.

Another option is to create a new layer at the top of the stack and make it active. Command-click (PC: Ctrl-click) each layer you want to include to make those layers active, as well. Press Option-Command-E (PC: Alt-Ctrl-E).
