Copy color from one image and apply to another

Hi all, I have two images one of which I want to replace the color with of the other. The image who's color I want to copy is actually of wood grain, so essentially two different colors with a pattern of wood. Is there a way to copy this pattern and colors to that of the other image?

The best way to do this is to cone it
Open both images and you can clone one to the other

Also you could try with pattern stamp tool. Select the area of color, texture, etc with any selection tool than go to EDIT>DEFINE PATTERN and name it. After you done that go to image you want to clone that pattern, select the Pattern stamp tool and in options bar for pattern in drop down menu you select the pattern you've created and paint with it. To achieve best results paint with different brush settings like hardness, blend modes of brush, brush types even you could paint on a new layer and play with blend modes with layer.
