cool picture but howd they do it

found this cool picture and wondered if anyone knew the effects used, been using photoshop for a while so got all the basic knowledge.

try using grunge brushes...

these can be downloaded from such sites as:

http://www.photoshopbrushes.com/brushes.htm

download a few and see if they are usefull to you
