How do I do this

I picked up a post card at a state fair for a photographer and really liked the look of the photos. It looks like a lot of photoshop was employeed and I would like to try to reproduce this look. Below are links to the images. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like he adjust the color, perhaps with a warming Photo Filter, then added some texture (also a filter). Does that help?
