Opening multiple images in multiple layers

How do I open multiple images in multiple layers in the same project in photoshop?

When I try to do it (using the file browser) it opens the image as a seperate imagine outside of the project

i dont know but...

when it is opened up in a new page it is very easy to just copy and paste over to the other mian image

you can just use the drag tool and drag from one canvas to the other in a new layer (ctrrl+shift+n)
