Rollover Effect

Hey guys/gals,

My problem isn't creating the Rollover Effect, but rather putting it onto websites.

I am having problems and am not really sure how to put them onto a forum/website. I am suppose to save the Rollover as a html file, so how will I post it onto images for before and after effects?
