Snowfall tutorial assistance

I have been trying to figure out how to get the snow to loop toward the end of the above tutorial under the animation section.

My snow falls for 4 seconds then stops and pauses for a long time and starts again.

Cant seem to figure that one out. Anyone know what Im doing wrong? I have spent hours trying to find something on how to adjust my timeline but I cant seem to figure this one out.
Not to sure how to adjust Photoshop CS4's timeline to make the snow in a continuous loop.

Im using Photoshop CS4 for Mac.

this is really simple to do in flash but cant really tell u about photoshop. i am sure there will be something to convert it into photoshop

Actually I figured it out myself with the timeline. The problem Im having now is how to save the file. I save it as a Gif on my Mac it looks fine but when I try and view it on my PC with Windows it makes the snow appear to fall extremely slow. Yikes!

Is there a certain way to save this animated file? He doesnt say in the tutorial on how it should be saved so it previews correctly. I cant seem to find the right information to save it correctly. I have been searching and searching for this.
