Today I scanned some photos and after resizing them I was going to combine them on one 8.5X11 sheet. Usually, I just drag and drop the images to the new 8.5X11 document, but today,for some reason, I was unable to do this. When I checked under the edit menu the copy/paste etc. commands were greyed out. I have done this many times and have never run into this problem. I have been using Photoshop for several years and CS rof the past year. I checked to make sure the resolutions matched;they apperaed to be ok.
Not really sure if this is a basic question or a stupid one but I feel pretty dumb and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Bill

On your images that you have scanned Do a Select>All, then see if the Copy is still grayed out. Once you select the image and copy, you can Paste it into the 8.5x11 Hope this helps (HTH) John
