Help with ghosting from Green Screen

I have taken a bunch of photos of people (portraits) using a green screen. When I remove the green background I get a green edge that I can't get rid of. I am using Photoshop CS3
I have tried the "Color Range" but I still have a green glow. It's very possible that I am doing something wrong. I am new to photoshop as a photographer.

Can somebody please help me get this done. I need to get these photos posted as quickly as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
