hey guys!...so i'm really interested in Web Design, and i'm just getting into it, do u guys have any tips for me?

use always 960 Width or higher (i use 1460 W x 1000 H cause most of computer screens now a Days are Wide Screen) to start with any smaller equals to a Thin website that looks weird :D don't over crowd the Template with useless stuff try to keep it simple a elegant. here is a few website you can check out for Web Layout Ideas/ Tutorials on how exactly to Begin Helped me ALOT.

You want just to design or to code in plus? Anyways basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is required. Eventually you will learn how to use Photoshop for web design, then next thing will come will be how to make visually appealing designs, modern etc and at the end where everyone stuck up is coding. Everything ends up there and you will be improving yourself constantly if you have will to code.

For some serious work you should look out for professional trainings like Kelby, Total Training, Lynda.com and as always a lot FREE resources on net.
