As some1 was askin how to make borders i thought id make a quick tutorial to show you lot some of the quick ways you can make quite a effective background!
the 1st one is simple, create a new layer on you existing picture, select the rectangular marquee tool and select the whole picture. tehn go to edit>stroke and select whict as the colour and about 2px as the thickness, click ok. then set that layer to overlay and youl get and effect think this! :

this is best if you have lots of differant colours in your pic but try it out, you neva know what you might acidentally create! you could also try using differant thicknesses and differant colours for the border!
i do hav some other but for some reason i cant get it 2 work at the moment lol, any trouble just ask
