Print multi-page image???

I want to print some multi page images from my computer. I currently have Photoshop 7.0, as well as the standard pre loaded items (OS X 10.4), preview etc. But whenever I try to print my picture, which is 31'' by 54'' all I get is the top left corner of the image on one page. No subsequent pages come out... My printer is an HP psc1350 all-in-one. I would like to print this image in order to cover a large window in my appartment. It will be used as a stencil to 'frost' on an escher print.

Are you talking about tiling an image? If so, I think there is an option you need to check in the print dialog box.

I can't seem to find any 'tile image' option in the print dialogue box. So if igured out a way around it. I went to print with preview and choose 'Position of image' and I maually printed page afer page adjusting the position of the image around. I started at top:0 left:0 and added left -7.75 to each page as I went across. The started again at top:-10 left:0 and did the same until all my pages were complete. This is a tedious job but it worked. now I have to trim the edges to fit. I wish there was an easier way.
