Glare on eyeglasses in a photo

Is there any way to take the glare off eyeglasses in a picture?

Dave Cross, in his Photoshop Help Desk book, try any (or all!) of these methods:

1. Clone Stamp tool--change the mode pop-up menu in the options bar to Lighten to affect only the light areas of the glare.

2. Healing Brush

3. Making a selection that you copy to cover up the problem

4. If one lense is good, consider copying that and flipping it using Free Transform
