Pattern Tool/ Rubber Stamp Tool HELP!!!

I am stuck on pattern tool and I need the rubber stamp tool! How do I switch back and keep this from happening again? Thank you!

You mean on Clone Stamp Tool and Pattern Stamp Tool? If is that then press SHIFT+S to get the tool you want.
