ok, so I created this logo that needs to go on a t-shirt however it is too pixelated (that is what the t-shirt printing guy said.) So my thought was it needed to be vector but I'm not sure how to do that. it has gradients and things like that (of course). I really need an easy way to fix this if I have to use the pen tool it will take a long time. Any way out of this jam?
Thanks!

Depending on how complicated the graphic is, I'd more than likely just use the pen tool (or draw it in illustrator). If you're not familiar with the Pen Tool, then there's no better opportunity than this to get familiar with it. :D
Drawing something with the Pen Tool really isn't very difficult at all, especially if you've got a graphic you basically just need to outline and reproduce. If there are multiple colors and gradients, then pick apart the graphic in your mind into how it layers, and create multiple Vector Fill Layers in that order and design.
If you've got the graphic that needs to be converted to vector and are willing to show it, then I or someone else might be able to give a hand with it and/or give further instruction.
Hope this helps.
