No timeline on animater?

ER I'm new to photoshop. (played around with many types but not actually anything special)
I have adobe photoshop CS3.

I was following the "animated rain" tutorial

And it got to the actual animation part of it.
Now he said about opening a timeline, mine wont it is just a frame.
How do I get to a timeline instead of just frames? =S

On the animation panel just under the 'Minimise-Exit' the - x you will see a 3 lined icon. Click on this and you will see a fly out menu. Click on
'Convert to Timeline. and it will change to Time line.:)
