Sharpening plugins

I generally use photoshop cs2 without any plugins but have recently thought about a sharpening plugin. The 2 I have come accross are Intellisharp & Focal Blade. Are these worth looking at? Does anyone have experience with them? I don't mind spending the $25 or $50 respectively on them if they work. Are these plugins just a "lazy" way of sharpening or do they enhance CS2? Thanks...

I personally don't know of anyone who uses plug-in sharpeners, though this one seems to have been around a long time:
