Where can I find My saved actions file?

Ok, in CS2 (and many other versions) there is an option called Actions. By default it is a tab right next to your history tab. You use it by recording all of your actions and then pressing stop. You can then repeat the same process over and over again by pressing play.

So let's say that I want to find the file for the "Squiggle" action that I made. Where would I find it?

PC or Mac?

In mac (if you saved it) it should be in HD>Applications>Adobe Photoshop>Presets>Photoshop Actions

Doh! Sorry, PC. This is CS2 and I'm not sure if I "Saved" them or not.
