making multiple single photos into one

I have been given 4 photos and need to make them into just one, whereby each sits next to another, in Photoshop ie top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right. It's easily done in a prog such as QuarkxPress by just putting them alongside each other as 4 separate pics. But, for once, we're not doing the page layout here at school but are just sending our photoshop files to an outside publishing company.

Can these 4 pics be made into a single Photoshop file?

Any help much appreciated.

Open a new doc to the size you need making sure the resolution
matches you photos, then goto each photo select all copy and paste into the new doc.
