making seperations for silkscreening

:p Well folks this is my first time at this site. I'm tryna get this image seperation stuff together so I can make my photographic silkscreening easier. I've been using Photo shop for over 4yrs so I do understand pretty much most of the vocab.If you can illustrate any of the steps that would be helpful.Thanks
