Converting windows actions to Mac

We're going to be replacing a windows machine with a mac mini, and we have several actions loaded on that windows machine that we need to put onto the mac mini. That's not that big of a problem. However, most of our actions use the "place" function and the actions in windows lists the path as c:\XXXX, but in OS X, the path is /Volumes/Hard Drive/XXXX.

Is there any kind of script or program which will fix this directory naming issue so I don't have to go through all of the dozens of actions that we use?

I don't know for any kind of script to do that what you want (but i would like to know does something like that exists :D)
Besides you can load your actions to Photoshop on Mac and you can rewrite it in Photoshop. You can point to that specific path you want. I know is slow especially if you have a lot actions, but that's the world we are living in.
