Please Edit My Picture

Hi guys and girls!!!, I have a picture that i found, its just i want to print it and use it for something, the picture is basically a anime girl (clothed), shes sort of standing up! when i first found the picture it has huge horrible red writing, and parts of it i didnt like, so i edited it, i dont have photo shop, but i do have Corel Photo Paint, which is just as good if not better. now this girl has no legs, and i need her to have legs, and im not good enough to to this!!!! is they anybody here that can edit my picture on photoshop? and give the girl legs????? it should be quite simple, if possible her legs can just be outlined for me to edit further... if anybody can help then i would apriciate it

Well Crazy nova.....here's a few places you went wrong...

First you came to a photoshop website and insulted photoshop "i dont have photo shop, but i do have Corel Photo Paint, which is just as good if not better".

Then you didn't post the picture or list a link to the picture that your needing help with.

That aside....there is enough anime out there that you should be able to find some other "legs" and make them fit your purpose. Even if you just use a few different anime drawings as guides for your new "legs"
