Photoshop Elements 4 No Good for OS 10.4.8?

I've been using Photoshop CS but want to buy the Elements 4 for my wife to do simple task in family photos. But I read it in Amazon review from someone who bought it but couldn't use it with OS 10.4.8 and had to return it to the store. It that true?

I also read from a couple of people who gave it a thumbs down. Is it so bad? I just need a simple version of Photoshop so I can teach my wife to do little things.

I appreciate if anyone can let me know the answer.

Hi,

I don't know why it shouldn't work on OS 10.4.8. I think it should work fine. But if you are uncertain always you can go to Adobe's website, download the trial and see how it is work before buying it.
