How can I define an exact color pantone in Photoshop? I need to use reflex blue C

Hello,

What you have to do is to open Color Picker (you can do that for example by double clicking on foreground swatch in tool box) than click on COLOR LIBRARIES at the right hand side of the color picker window. Find your pantone color and you will have Lab color values of your color so you can recreate it with Lab sliders in Color palette.
