i need some help with a sig im working on for a friend. i saw how to do what i want to do with it before, but i forgot where i saw it. i was hoping somebody could help me out.

what i want to do is with this sig:

http://img162.imageshack.us/img162/7578/phant0msigst8.jpg

i want to get rid of the white outside, and i already have the background for the sig in photoshop set to transparent. i also know that after that you "Save to Web". i dont know where to go from there.

and i understand that the sig is rather plain, im still working on it.

Hello

I'm not sure that i understand you quite well. You want to remove white stroke around letters and save it with transparent background for web?
Please be more specific so you can get correct answer.

See ya

no, i dont want to remove the white stroke around the letters.

im wondering how i can save the pic to get the background to be transparent (i already have a transparent background). if you look at the sig pretty good, you can see its a rectangle and filled with white:( :( :( :(

i want to get rid of that so that part will be transparent

You will have to save the file as a GIF as you cant save a jpeg with a transparent layer

Hope this helps
